1 row - 16 single crochet.
2 row - *1 sc - skip 1 - 4 chain* repeat this7 another seven times(8 in total).
3 row -* 3chain - 7dc (double crochet), turn back the work and front post 5dc, 3chain ,turn back & sc the next space* repeat this another seven times(8 in total).

4 row - * 4 chain - sc the next space* repeat this another seven times(8 in total).

5 row - *5 ch picot, 5ch-sc the next space, {5 ch- sc ,7ch-sc,5ch - sc} in the same space,5ch -sc the next space* repeat from 3 times(4 in total.
