Instructions:
Crochet your fabric flower medallion.
Tear 1? strips of your fabrics. Wrap strips around the embroidery hoop, changing up the fabrics and colors just a bit so that each section of fabric is about 2inch – 3inch of the hoop. Glue any loose ends down.
Tie the 6 “corners” of the doily to the hoop with a small length of 1/4? satin ribbon.
Cut all your trims to the desired length. Knot the trims around the bottom 1/3inch of the embroidery hoop using a Larks Head Knot.
Trim the laces and ribbons so the center trims are longer than the outside trims. You want the laces to form a slight “u” shape but you don’t want it too perfect. Keep it kind of messy.
That is it! So easy right? It makes such a pretty decoration for any room!
