1 row - *1sc (single crochet), skip 3 and in the 4th we work 7dc in st (7 double crochet in the stitch),skip 3* -sc repeat until the end of the series.
2 row - sc * 3ch - 4dc in st - skip 3 and the middle we work sc, 4dc in st on the other hand - 3 ch -sc
in the bottom* repeat from the end of the row.
3 row - 7ch - 3 picot -- *7dc in st - 1treble* repeat until the end of series.
