Sew white beads on yellow part.Make circle part for fix hair band. Make 2 ch, 6 single crochet (sc) in second ch from the hook, 1 sl st in the first sc. In next row make 1 ch, 2 sc in each of next 6 loops, 1 sl st in the first sc. In next row make 1 ch, (2 sc, 1 sc*2) - repeat around. In this row fix hair band.
In next row make 1 ch, (2 sc, 1 sc*3) - repeat around, 1 sl st in the first sc.Sew the green part with hair band to the flower part.
