Prepare yarn (blue, red and white), crochet hook and scissors for making the baby booties.
Make 13 chain.
Make 3 ch, 1 double crochet (dc) in 4th loop from the hook, 1 dc in each of next 11 loops, 5 dc in last loop, 1 dc in each of next 11 loops, 3 dc in last loop, 1 sl st in 3rd ch.

Change color of yarn (blue). In next row make hdc and 6 clusters 2 dc in the tops of clusters from previous row. Change color of yarn (white). In next row make hdc and 3 clusters 2 dc in the tops of clusters from previous row.
Change the color of the yarn to blue. Make row of single crochet (sc), 1 cluster 3 dc in the tops of clusters from previous row
Make the bow for baby booties. Make 2 ch.
Make 6 sc in second loop from the hook, 1 sl st in the first sc.
Make 1 ch, 2 sc in same loop, 8 ch.
Make 1 sl st in second sc, 2 sc in each of next 3 loops, 8 ch, 1 sl st in last sc, 2 sc in each of next 2 loops, 1 sl st in the first sc.
Make 15 dc in 8 chain space (ch sp), skip 1 loop, in second loop make 1 sl st.
Make (8 ch, 1 dc in 3rd loop, from the hook, 1 dc*3, 1 hdc, 1 sc, 1 sl st in last loop)*2.
Make 15 dc in 8 chain space (ch sp), skip 1 loop, in the first sc make 1 sl st.
Sew the bow to the baby bootie.
