stapler
We can make this crochet panel with our own hands. Gather your supplies. The embroidery size is 140x140 cm.
Make the panel subframe from plywood to your desired size.
Adhere a foam sheet to the frame. Dry them on the horizontal surface for several hours.
Once the foam is dry, fix the image. Stretch the canvas and fasten with a stapler. Outline the details with your crochet and fasten with pins. You'll need to create the crochet in advance.
All the embroidery will be performed on the "wrong" side.Apply your crochet to the details. Measure out the desired length. Fix in place with pins
So lay out cords on the image and fasten with pins. Sew cords to each other at points of contact. Work on every detail of the image.Work on every detail of the image.
At the vertex of the petal, introduce the needle and thread (thread to match the the lace).
We fix thread on the lace. Pin the top of the arch for the future.
On the opposite side, parallel to the base of the arch, introduce needle.
Make a loop...
...and tighten the thread. We get a "node".The first arch is ready.
Skip the needle upward through the lace. Now we will do a second series of arches

Place a safety pin at the top of where the next arch will be.
Make a loop to get a knot.
Neatly tighten the thread.
Add one more vertex arch pin. The bottom row pin can be removed already, as the arch rests on the thread tension . In introducing the needle to the lace, fasten thread.
Again climb up the lace. Pull through the needle and thread.
Repeat the process to create arches.
So gradually, we fill the entire petal. The tops of the arches fasten the lace and continue to work in the right-hand side.
Then fill out the left side.
Work to complete the petal. Remove the pins.
Once all items are ready, lay them on the layout with anchoring pins. You are ready to assemble.
All elements of the panel connect the grid. For embroidery details, we used a thread with a needle. Now, instead of thread with a needle, we'll use a chain of stitches. Knit a long chain of stitches in advance.
With a needle and thread to sew, we will chain the elements.
We spread the chain of stitches in a pattern. The tops of the arches are anchored with pins. At the point of contact with the arch element, sew a chain of stitches. Then fasten the first row. Cut the chain and fasten it to the lace.
Let's work with the second row. Sew a chain to the element.
Let's work with the second row. Sew a chain to the element.
Skip the chain of stitches to the top of the arch of the first row.
Make a knot and remove the pin.
Then, the process is repeated. Making a node at the next arch of the lower row, remove the pin.
So we come to the next element. Since it is a small element, trimming the chain in this case is not necessary. Sew it to the element.
Sew it so that it forms an arch and comes out in the right place on the picture.
Then the process is repeated.
We fill in all panels and connect elements.

Fill in all panels and connect elements.
It looks like a grid on the front side.
Fully assembled panels on the front side.
Fully assembled panels on the front side.
Looks great! After the completing the lace, you can remove the picture and place on a frame with a plain background (cloth). Stretch the lace to do this. Panels can be made into artwork. If you need more details, write in comments. I will post more of the process.
